  • Pharmacy guidance – Get help with medications, side effects, and dosing
  • Nurse care managers – Friendly experts ready to answer your health questions

Common Questions

How quickly can I get a doctor visit?
Visits can often be scheduled within <48-72 hours>. We can often see you sooner for sick visits and post-hospital discharge follow-up visits.
Yes, we offer both in-person and telehealth visits.
Yes. In addition to private homes, HarmonyCares can provide services for patients that live in assisted living facilities, adult foster care, and independent living communities.
Our staff wear a photo ID and are dressed in a HarmonyCares uniform. The team travels in a HarmonyCares vehicle.
