Common questions

How quickly can I get a doctor visit?

We schedule visits within 48-72 hours. We can often see you sooner for sick visits and post-hospital discharge follow-up visits.

Can HarmonyCares provide care for me if I live in a facility?

Yes. HarmonyCares can provide services for patients who live in assisted living facilities, adult foster care, and independent living communities. Of course, we are also happy to visit you in your home.

How can I be sure the doctor who comes to my door is from HarmonyCares?

Our staff members carry a photo ID and wear a HarmonyCares uniform. The team travels in a HarmonyCares vehicle.

Do I have to pay for this service?

In most cases, there is no added cost to you. However, depending on your specific insurance plan, there may be a small out-of-pocket expense. Please contact our team for more details.
